Egg-Free Mayonnaise 

 1/4 cup [60 mL] powdered milk

2 tablespoons [30 mL] Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon [15 mL] dry yeast

1/3 cup [80 mL] water

1/4 cup [60 mL] cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 1/4 cups [310 mL] vegetable oil

Salt

Mix together powdered milk, Dijon mustard, dry yeast, water, cider vinegar and garlic.

Slowly pour in oil, mixing.

Salt to taste
